The inside guide of SARMS

What's the SARMS?

SARM is an abbreviation for selective androgen receptor modulator. Steroid hormones have existed since the 1940s and are based on testosterone. In the last 20 years, a new group of compounds has been developed and studied: non-steroidal SARMs. They are being studied as a possible safer alternative to androgenic anabolic steroids (AAS).

SARM is a supplement that can increase the level of androgens or male hormones in the user's body.
They do this by binding to androgen receptors, and then androgen receptors signal your body to start building more muscles and also signal to start breaking down fat.
SARM was originally developed in the 1900s to help cancer patients with muscle loss cope. However, they were quickly shelved until research was resumed in the 1990s.
After thorough testing and clinical research, Ligand Pharmaceuticals launched the first version of SARMS, which we now call LGD-4033, or Ligandrol for short.
Since then, users have obtained incredible results from Ligandrol, Ostarine, Testolone and other SARMs. After that, sarms were widely used in the field of fitness and muscle building.

what's the function of SARMS?

The different SARMs have, as you can imagine, not the same effects. The most significant benefits attributed to their use can be listed as:

  • Increase muscle mass and strength
  • Decrease muscle wasting during a caloric deficit
  • Prevent bone loss and improve bone density
  • Improved recovery
  • Enhance endurance
